Coasters with Holder
This coaster set is the best ever!!! All handcrafted, the holder has a Cedar base with Oak dowels while the 6 coasters themselves are made of Cedar with wood shavings from under my lathe mixed with glue and pressed/clamped into the recessed center. Paper coasters will absorb moisture but then fall apart. Ceramic and other non-porous coasters don’t absorb much of anything, so the glass's moisture just rolls off the coaster onto your tabletop. In both instances, the coasters almost always stick to the bottom of the glass just long enough to clear the table and drop to the floor or in your lap!
