This veggie-charcuterie board is made from Humphries St. American Beech, Dreyer Mesquite, Medina Mesquite, Applegate Ipe, Seguin ISD Maple, and Allen Purpleheart. That's a lot of different woods for one board, but I chose them because I thought they'd work well together. And I think they did!
Like my other veggie-charcuterie boards, this one can do double duty. Use one side for cutting and chopping vegetables, then flip it over when you're ready to put out cheese, meats, crackers, or whatever else you're serving.
