Several different kinds of wood were used to make this charcuterie platter, and I like the way the different colors and grain patterns turned out. A few of the strips have some interesting natural markings that I decided to leave in.
It's a good-sized platter for serving cheese, meats, crackers, or whatever else you want to put out when you've got company.
